Returns & Exchanges

All Casa Nayar products are made to order. Because each piece is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse.

We do accept claims for:

• Defective or damaged items
• Misprinted or incorrect items

If your order arrives with a defect or error, please contact us at hello@casanayar.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Please do not ship items back without contacting us first.

All claims are subject to review. Casa Nayar reserves the right to request additional information before issuing a resolution.
